Bartosz Biliński
Bartosz leads legal practice in New York. As an experienced attorney admitted in New York and a foreign legal adviser in Poland, Bartosz specializes in business and financial matters of individuals. His career spans over two decades, during which he has earned a reputation as a skilled negotiator and trial lawyer, adept at navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional cases.
Bartosz combines his legal expertise with deep cross-cultural understanding, advising multinational clients and institutions. His unique background as a Cracow-born and New York-raised attorney enables him to bridge cultural and legal divides, making him a trusted adviser to clients in both the United States and Poland.
He has worked with notable clients such as the Polish State, National Jewish Theatre, the North American Council of the Museum of the History of Polish Jews, and internationally renowned artists and athletes.

Bartosz graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. He completed an LL.M. – Master of Laws program at Yeshiva University, Cardozo School of Law, New York. Currently Bartosz is a doctoral (PhD) researcher at the International Law Department of the University of Warsaw.
