Mikołaj Łukaszewicz
Mikołaj advises entrepreneurs on legal matters, with a particular focus on new technologies law (Data Act, NIS 2, AI Act), personal data protection, and AML/CFT compliance. Before joining GP Partners, Mikołaj gained experience at law firms specializing in advising entrepreneurs and financial market entities. His work focused primarily on regulatory and compliance matters, with particular emphasis on the new technologies and financial services sectors.
Mikołaj graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and completed the Center for American Law Studies organized by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with Emory University and Georgia State University. He completed his studies defending a master’s thesis entitled: “The Phenomenon of Gold-Plating in Poland on the Example of the Amendment to the National Cybersecurity System Act Implementing the NIS 2 Directive.”
