Agata is an advocate with extensive experience in public procurement, including critical infrastructure procurement and EU-funded procurement. She represents contracting authorities and contractors in tender proceedings, particularly in appeals before the National Board of Appeals.
Her practice also encompasses immigration matters, where she quickly and efficiently obtains the necessary permits for clients. She combines migration law with comprehensive advice on employment law, and supports clients in real estate and commercial matters.

- Advising on an IT systems tender for the creation of critical infrastructure
- Supporting a business relocation to Poland regarding employee hiring and work legalization for foreigners

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw; studied law at the Kapodistrias National University in Athens.
