Łukasz leads the Counsel as a Service division at GP Partners, serving companies needing professional legal support without full-time in-house counsel. His two-decade career established him as a skilled negotiator and corporate attorney handling intricate projects.
He combines legal knowledge with cross-cultural competence, serving multinational organizations. His dual background as internal and external counsel enables him to bridge professional divides effectively.
Currently, Łukasz functions as external legal director for a technology firm and serves as independent proxy and board member. Previously, as senior lawyer in intellectual property and new technologies at an international law firm's Warsaw branch, he managed legal services for a technology company's Polish operations.
His more than 20 years of experience encompass international business and corporate law, information technology, intellectual property, outsourcing, infrastructure (including real estate), and corporate governance and compliance. He negotiated and supervised EU-funded IT projects (Innovative Economy Operational Programme) and established companies implementing such initiatives. His prior in-house experience at a communications technology firm covered the Commonwealth of Independent States and Central, Eastern and Southern European operations.
