Łukasz is an attorney focused on dispute resolution since his career began, specializing in commercial and corporate disputes plus white-collar crime. He represents clients before courts, public administration bodies and law enforcement agencies. During his tenure at GP Partners, he has managed complex corporate disputes, protecting companies, shareholders and board members' interests.

Beyond litigation, Łukasz advises on commercial and corporate law, supporting daily operations and business development. He provides legal opinions and corporate governance support, authoring numerous management opinions under the Business Judgement Rule. Throughout his career, he has organized and represented clients at board meetings, shareholders' meetings and general assemblies.

Łukasz provides legal services, including pro bono assistance, to domestic and foreign NGOs. He helps foundations and associations develop operations aligned with best standards. He joined GP Partners' disputes, corporate law and transactions team in 2019, following prior work at firms providing business advisory services.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Silesia in Katowice, with thesis on minority shareholder law in joint stock companies.
